Brush your teeth regularly
Brush your teeth at least twice a day, or after every meal if possible. Use a fluoride toothpaste and brush for at least two minutes, making sure to cover all surfaces of your teeth and gums.
Food & Diet
Choose a variety of nutrient-rich foods from all the food groups, including fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, dairy, and whole grains. Limit sugary and acidic foods and beverages, as these can lead to tooth decay and erosion.
Floss daily
Daily flossing is important to remove food particles and plaque from between your teeth and along your gumline. This can help prevent tooth decay and gum disease.
Visit the dentist regularly
Regular dental check-ups and cleanings can help prevent oral health problems or catch them early, when they are easier to treat. Your dentist can also advise you on how to improve your oral hygiene routine if necessary.
